Inspection
Height gage, calipers, micrometers, pin sets +/-, hole gages, radius gages, thread gages. Each set-up is inspected 100% as it comes off the machine, this prevents non-conforming parts getting ran or shipped. We adhere to the inspection reports of the QMS on every job. Utilize outside inspection vendors as needed.
Communication
The major component in manufacturing the impeccable part. ANYTIME there is a discrepancy with quality the customer is notified immediately. 99% of the time it is caught in the programming stage. A precise and accurate drawing or model prevents problems. We want you to be as proud of the product you pay for as we are making it.
